The Lake of Menteith Hotel is a very intimate environment. That is why when you book your Wedding Day with us, you book the whole hotel as well. This allows you to have all your family and friends together with you in one place and makes for a more relaxing day

Your entire Wedding Day can flow smoothly without interruption. We are a licensed civil ceremony venue conducted by a registrar or if you prefer a church venue for exchanging your vows, there is a delightful Church of Scotland church right at the Hotel front door.  The church was built in 1878 to designs by John Honeyman on a site of earlier churches with medieval connections.  It is Gothic in style with an original Victorian organ and a square tower containing carillon of eight bells. This was extensively refurbished in 2011.

We can accommodate up to 34 guests across all 17 newly refurbished bedrooms with some rooms being able to accommodate extra beds should you require them. Should you or your guests wish to stay for any additional nights before or after your wedding, we are delighted to offer a 10% discount on our bed and breakfast price.  We also have an extensive list of ‘tried and tested’ local Bed & Breakfasts and hotels.

Our Waterside restaurant has an excellent reputation and can seat a maximum of 50 guests for your Wedding Banquet and the adjacent lounge could accommodate an additional 20 guests if required.

The cost of the bedrooms can be divided among staying guests, at the rate of your discretion, and charged to them directly by the hotel.

We can hold a provisional reservation for you for a maximum of 14 days can be confirmed by a 10% deposit.
