We are currently following Scottish Government guidelines and recommendations.
This includes staff training and the employement of cleaning and santizing guidelines.
These are not exhaustive and will be updated as required.

ACCOMMODATION RESERVATIONS
Payment taken on the morning of arrival
Welcome envelope for guests on arrival containing sanitized room key, directions to room and payment receipt.
All guests and dinners are subject to unrecorded temperature test.
We have a split door to our office, which operates limited hours.
Guests are required to wear a mask when moving around within the premises. If you do not have one, one can be provided.
Guest are required to maintain a distance of 6 feet from other guests and employees.
You reserve your breakfast time each day, to assist us in maintaining distancing
We do not enter your room during your stay, we leave a care pack with additional towels and other necissary items.

You deposit your key in a box on departure.
Each room has a target 50 hour gap between guest occupancy.
Our housekeeping team clean rooms and then sanitize.

DINING RESERVATIONS
Employees are temperature tested(recorded) before each service and have received COVID operating procedure training.
Customers are temperature tested on arrival.
We ask guests to wear a mask when moving around our property and visiting restrooms. If you do not have a mask, we can provide a disposable one free.
All hard surfaces are COVID cleaned between each customer use and throughout service.
We are required to wear masks at all times
For your protection we do not use Gloves, they cross contaminate. We wash our hand frequently and thoroughly.
"walk-in" and non-resident customers names and telephone numbers will be recorded for potential COVID tracing purposes.
Tables have been positioned in compliance with guidelines. Do not move tables or chairs!
Please maintain a distance of 2 metres
Menus are laminated ans sanitized between customers
Condiments provided are single use packaged
